| This daily schedule is meant to give you an idea of your child’s day. Actual times and activities may vary depending of on the time of year, weather, age and temperament of the children. Age appropriate activities are scheduled with the flexibility allowed to respond to the needs of each individual child and their various ages. |
| OLDER TODDLER/PRESCHOOLER (24 months and older) 7:30am - 8:30am drop-offs, welcome children, free-play and /or structured play- cars, babies, dishes, tools etc 8:00am - 9:00am Breakfast, clean up/wash up 9:00am - 9:30am circle time (Mother Goose Rhymes, Lego’s, puzzles, sorting, colors, ABC’s, numbers, etc 10:00am - 10:30am AM snack time, music, singing, dance, tumbling exercises 10:30pm - 12:30pm outside play time 12:30pm - 2:30 pm rest time and or quiet time (reading, looking at books) 2:30pm wake up/bathroom 3:00pm - 3:30pm PM Snack 3:30pm - 5:00pm free play and/or structured play, puzzles, books. Various learning games and toys INFANT/YOUNGER TODDLER (younger than 24 months old) throughout each day we practice on reaching, grasping, rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, walking, climbing, throwing, rolling, catching, kicking, cooing and talking; whichever stage your child happens to be in at the time. For a younger child still taking three naps it can be incorporated into their day. Diaper changing is as needed. 7:30am - 8:30am drop offs, welcome children, free play and/or structured play 8:00am - 9:00am Breakfast 9:00am - 10:00am nap time, diaper changes (depending on age) Mother Goose rhymes, sorting, stacking 10:00am - 10:30am AM snack time, bottles 10:30pm - 11:30pm outside play time 11:30pm - 12:30 pm lunch time, clean up, wash up, diaper changes 12:30pm - 2:30pm naptime 2:30pm - 3:00pm wake up/diaper changes 3:00pm - 3:30pm PM snack, bottles 3:30pm - 5:00pm free play and/or structured play- puzzles, books, various learning toys INFANT (newborn to 6 months) 7:30am - 5:00pm cuddles, love and affection, eat and sleep Daily Baby Sheet For infants 16 months and younger parents receive a daily baby sheet, listing when your child was given a bottle (when applicable), what they art and drank, when diapers were changed and what it was, their nap schedule, and any other pertinent information. |
